Empresa ¨Colgate Palmolive¨, se dedica a la fabricación de productos aseo personal y

para el hogar, esta actividad de producción se lleva a cabo mediante la operación de

máquinas tradicionales. Estos contaminantes emiten partículas muy nocivas en el aire, lo

que afecta su calidad y la salud de las personas. Los efectos de esta contaminación son

enfermedades respiratorias, enfermedades cardiacas, accidentes cerebrovasculares y cáncer

de pulmón, los recursos naturales también se ven muy afectados, la calidad de vivir se está

deteriorando.

¿Que opiniones y demandas expresaste en la cara formal que te enviaron?

Inicialmente, escribí una carta o derecho de petición el cual fue dirigido al representante

legal de la empresa seleccionada en este caso ¨Colgate Palmolive¨ de Cali, valle del cauca

en donde exprese mi desacuerdo con respecto a todos los impactos negativos de la calidad

del aire y el ambiente que este emite ennla producción y los servicios que ofrece, solicite

que Adriana Unido como directora a partir de ese momento haga un control de caracter

urgente en la calidad del aire, así mismo, realice mejoras en las tecnologias utilizadas para

producir los servicios ofrecidospor su empresa, cumpliendo con los estandares de calidad

del aire resolución 610 de 2010.

Al hacer caso omiso con las sugerencias procedí a tomar acciones legales.
 En la demanda que presenté solicite que profundizaran las investigaciones en contra de

todos los responsables de este tipo de contaminación ambiental.

Además solicite que se le denuncie las responsabilidades que se deben incurrir debido a

la falta de control y monitoreo de la calidad del aire sin el cumplimiento requerido.

representative of the company selected in this case ¨Colgate Palmolive¨ from Cali, Valle del

Cauca, where I expressed my disagreement regarding all the negative impacts of air quality

and the environment that this emits in the production and the services it offers, request that

Adriana Unido as director from that moment make an urgent control on air quality,

likewise, make improvements in the technologies used to produce the services offered by

your company, complying with the air quality standards resolution 610 of 2010.

Ignoring the suggestions, I proceeded to take legal action.
