About our Assessment Feedback Report

This report is based on the evidence derived from the performance of the candidate on a written
assessment tests consisting of three modules - Behavioral, General Aptitude and English
Assessment - and a face-to-face interview by trained Assessment Executives. The Behavioural
Assessment Scale measured the candidates’ performance on 15 different critical attributes for
employment. The General Aptitude Test mapped the candidates’ ability on Analytical Skills, Problem
Solving Skills, Observation Skills and Critical Thinking Skills, while an English Assessment Test was
used to gauge the candidates’ ability to use English language in the work environment.
