In addition to creating delicious meals from the finest ingredients, PALETA strives to support and
sustain our earth. PALETA is proud to have just constructed the first green certified commercial kitchen in
Los Angeles. Our state of the art kitchen is equipped with energy and water conservation systems, a
green house herb garden, recycling program and in-house composting. Meals are delivered in recyclable,
compostable or biodegradable containers in order to eliminate as much waste as possible. We proudly source
our proteins from cruelty-free ranches and farms, as well as use organic and locally grown foods
whenever possible. We believe that we can consciously enjoy the fruits of our planet while still preserving
our resources for future generations.
PERFECT PLATE
Three healthy meals and two nutritious snacks to eliminate hunger and keep your
metabolism working for you. Supports weight loss and maintenance, increased energy and
general good health for both men and women. We specialize in customizing meal plans for
individual needs including Gluten Free, Sugar Free, Dairy Free and Candida. We also accommodate
diet programs such as Zone, South Beach and Weight Watchers. If you currently work with a
dietitian or nutritionist, we can follow their meal plan prescription for you.
VEGETARIAN | VEGAN
PALETA proudly caters to our vegetarian and vegan clients by providing complete nutrition
in delicious and inventive ways. We creatively prepare the freshest produce with select
proteins and grains to ensure our meals will continually surprise your taste buds, while
satisfying your unique dietary needs.
PALETA KIDS
Portion sizes/ratios are adjusted to meet children’s unique nutritional needs. Creative menus
are designed to suit a younger person’s palate. Cold “Back to School” lunches with a beverage
are available for school-age children. We sneak pureed vegetables and other healthy ingredients
into our meals - even desserts! They never need to know it’s good for them!
PALETA FAMILIES
We can also prepare daily family style meals for you and your family! No shopping, cooking,
or clean up! All you have to do is set the table. There is no portion control as part of this
plan, but you can count on extremely fresh and healthy ingredients. Throwing a party?
Planning a picnic? Going to a potluck? Let us do the work for you!

A nutrient based body detoxification program that incorporates delicious foods with rice
protein shakes designed to boost your body’s detoxification system and metabolism. Designed
to help restore your body’s natural detoxification system and rejuvenate your overall physical

Kelly Boyer is the Owner | Executive Chef of PALETA, a company that provides home delivery of nutritionally
balanced meals for the health conscious. PALETA prepares creative and eco-conscious cuisine with an eclectic
and healthy twist using a combination of natural, organic and sustainable foods with the finest locally
harvested ingredients available. Menus are personally designed to address your own individual tastes and
nutrition needs. Customized meals plans can accommodate a variety of nutrition philosophies, including
Cleanse, Zone, South Beach, Weight Watchers, Gluten Free, Sugar Free, Dairy Free, Vegetarians and Candida.
Kelly started PALETA in Venice in 2005 to enrich people’s lives through healthy eating and to support the
belief that we can enjoy the fruits of our planet while still preserving our resources for the future. Kelly
is a 20 year survivor of a rare advanced stage cancer and attributes much of her recovery to focused
nutrition and eliminating toxic foods from her diet.
PALETA was the first food service company in West Los Angeles to contract with the Green Restaurant
Association (www.dinegreen.com) in order to create an ecologically sustainable food service company.
Her ongoing mission is to utilize primarily locally grown organic foods, biodegradable and recycled
products and packaging, as well as a comprehensive recycling system within the kitchen. PALETA also
maintains an on-site greenhouse which is used to grow organic herbs and a variety of seasonal fruits
and vegetables.
Kelly studied culinary arts at Le Cordon Bleu and received the highest honors
possible for their classical French cuisine program. She was also recognized as the
President’s Choice Recipient for Outstanding Culinary and Academic Achievement
throughout her entire culinary academic career. After graduating from Le Cordon
Bleu, Kelly traveled and cooked in various residency positions throughout Europe
to further refine her culinary skills.
Before attending Le Cordon Bleu, Kelly was a successful Human Resources executive
at Yahoo!, The Walt Disney Company and EMI-Capitol Records. She also graduated
with honors from the Master’s program in Organizational Development and Business
at Northwestern University.
