However immediately after Contract sigr dated 21" Jun'17 we submitted a letter to the concerned pertaining to Inclusion of GST in the commercial contract (refer leter cated 29" Jun'17 address to GM Projects) end {through varius correspondences we also communicated to BSP/MECON that without the amendment of Commercial contract we were uneble to lock the jab in aur SAP system and vis- vs placement of bought out items / site rervces arders et, However as discussed we have been removed the said activity i.e, “Amendment of contract ‘with GST" fram the schedule but during monthly updating of the schedule necessary impact of project completion for the above mentioned activity wil be captured suitably for better clarity ofall.
