THE CONSUMER PROTECTION
(PRICE AND SUPPLIES CONTROL) ACT
Regulations made by the Minister under sections 3 and 35 of
the Consumer Protection (Price and Supplies Control) Act
1. These regulations may be cited as the Rodrigues Consumer
Protection (Control of Price of Taxable and Non-taxable Goods)
(Amendment No. 9) Regulations 2020.
2. In these regulations –
“principal regulations” means the Rodrigues Consumer
Protection (Control of Price of Taxable and Non-taxable Goods)
Regulations 1998.
3. The First Schedule to the principal regulations is amended by
deleting the following items and their corresponding entries –
