21st Century
There are many reasons why language study is important in prepping students for the 21st
century. Language study in general is important not only for students but adults as well. There
are so many new developments in English education and that tends to make many people
uncomfortable. 21st Century skills are being taught in primary classrooms all over the world.
There are many schools internationally that are also committed to teaching these skills. I would
have argued that the English language classroom is the perfect place to build these 21st Century
skills. Students need to be prepared for everyday life outside of school. There are many students
where English is there second language and that makes living in an area where that is the
primary language exceedingly difficult for them. Not know or understanding the primary
language in their community can cause a lot of issues for them. It can also cause social anxiety

shifting. In 2011, nearly a quarter -- 23.9 percent -- of pre-K-12 students are Hispanic, many are
either immigrants or the children of immigrants who speak another language at home. That ratio
is projected to grow in the coming years, bringing so many new challenges but also opportunities
to schools across the country. The significance of writing has expanded in the most recent decade
or something like that, because of patterns in innovation. Most people communicate by means of
email, content, or internet-based life, and henceforth many snippets of data that are streaming
between us through the composed word each day. This can cause many problems for those that

English is their second language. Not knowing how to communicate through email currently
brings many struggles. Multilingual and bilingual training programs have been expanding
massively over the ongoing past. This follows the expanding decent variety in advanced
classrooms in many pieces of the world. Such diversity mirrors the consistently developing
relocation designs and subsequently the expanding need to address the issue of multilingual
instruction programs
Authors
“The ability to write well is not reserved for authors, poets, journalists, and screenwriters
alone. In fact, strong writing skills are crucial for countless careers and callings. They are also
important even for an email to a friend or a text message to a family member. Perhaps most
critical of all - writing can help us become better people.” (Tomas Laurinavicius, Oct 2016)
“Between Zoom, WhatsApp, Slack, and more – the opportunities to communicate with
others around the world are changing rapidly. And the skills our students will need to navigate
these new tools, build relationships, and be successful in work and in life are constantly
evolving, as well. We often hear about the importance of “21st century skills” – but what are
they exactly? More than a fancy buzzword, 21st century skills are, simply put, the skills our
cultures have a negative effect on the outcome of ESL programs (Cohen 78). For instance, a
common characteristic of such community culture is the disparity in terms of cultural support for
pluralism and assimilation by the educators, which may not necessarily be welcome among in
ESL learner principles. Thus such a cultural aspect becomes a barrier when ESL programmes

Teaching
As a future teacher its super important that I study each of my student’s files and really
get to know them individually. Every child is from a different background and lifestyle. Learning
happens best in conditions where students feel engaged to learn. Viable instructors are
progressively like arbitrators, offering motivation and guiding students to find themselves. Offer
students the chance to act naturally, which ensures deep rooted learning. If our students are the
future to learning they need to be able to ask and write viable questions. A solid, dynamic
classroom is a sharing classroom. Students are social creatures, and much more so in a language
class. Discover each chance to permit students to find partners and or little groups. In addition to
the fact that this encourages the advancement of talking and listening aptitudes, yet it
