UPWARD COMMUNICATION
Upward
communication refers to the flow of
information from lower level to
higher lever. Ex. Request, proposal,
feedback etc. When supervisor give
information to president it is
upward communication.
HORIZONTAL COMMUNICATION
Horizontal
communication refers to flow of
communication at the same level
or same work group. Information
from marketing manager to
production manager.

ü We find that they give more
importance to verbal
communication. But there are
more chance of destruction of
information.

discipline and ethics by member

so everyone feel good and easy
to understand for all employees.

Conclusion
After analyzed the whole situation of the
organization We come to know that
they are using communication in the
organization is good like open door
policy system, channels and supportive
system. But we found some barrier in
communication in the organization like
language, written communication
system, non-verbal communication.
