PLASTER: Approved Suppliers: Dubai plaster, Jupitar chemicals
Subcontractor to supply all Labour, Material, equipment and

failing which any action or penalties to be borne by the contractor

All required plant&equipment to accomplish the plastering work including material handling must be mobilized

After layout approval of the consultant, blockwork t o commence

Approved GI / Precast /cast In Situ lintels to be placed as per drawing.

Work to be done as per plumb and right angle.

Gap between Blocks and soffit to be closed by approved filler board and cement mortar as required .

After completion the approval of consultant to be done.

Floor Tiles

Subcontractor to supply all Labour, Material, equipment and
Accessories to complete the Plaster works including but not limited

Surface preparation which includes cleaning the surface to receive tiles free from dust,
loose particles, projections etc, to the satisfaction of consultant.
Marking levels and provide slopes as per approved shop drawings.
Follow shop drawings for laying tiles.
If the tile requires to be cut, it has to be cut properly to required sizes using tile cutting m
The backing screed mortar for tile fixing must prepared only after
consultant's clearance for the tiling works
The mortar must be prepared using approved proportions of cement and sand.
Mixer machines must be used whenever hand mixing is not permitted.
Tiles must be laid immediately on the mortar bed using approved size
tile spares to provide uniform joint
Proper tamping must be done to ensure that no air gaps are left.
Any hollow tiles noticed must removed and replaced.
Tile damaged due to bad workmanship will be charged.
Proper joint grouting must be done after approved by consultant with matching tile colou
Proper housekeeping and protection works must be exercised.
Plant and equipmnet for the proper material handling, mixing mortar etc. must be
mobilized by the Subcontractor including its periodic maintenance.

Wall Tiles

Wall tiles must be fixed using approved tile adhesive on a pre-plastered wall surfaces.

Water proof adhesive must be used wherever specified.

Tiles must be laid truly vertical.

Both horizontal and vertical joints must be at right angles to each other and uniform in size.

Border tiles if any shall be fixed at height approved in the shop drawings.

Proper jointing and grouting must be done as per approved sample and color.

The adhesive must be spread to required thickness on the back of the tile and

wall surface as per manufacturer's recommendations and any hollow tile must be

removed and replaced.

All damaged wall tiles cost will be charged to subcontractor's account.

Proper house keeping and protection must exercised.

Plant and equipmnet for the proper material handling, mixing mortar etc. must be
mobilized by the Subcontractor including its periodic maintenance.
