This is an agreement between you and Resonance Electronics SRL.

For the
following, Provider shall mean "Resonance Electronics SRL", Software shall refer
to the "UltraSabers Launcher and all related variations of this software" and
Licensee shall represent the Person or Entity which receives the rights to use
this Software.
Subject to the Licensee's compliance with the terms and conditions of this
Agreement, the Provider grants Licensee a personal, revocable, non-exclusive,
and non-transferable license to install and use the Software.
The Software is protected by international legislation regarding intellectual
property. The rights granted to you constitute a usage license and not a
transfer of title (the Software is not sold or otherwise transferred).
The Licensee may not assign / attribute any rights hereunder without the prior
written approval of the Provider. Any attempt to assign any rights, duties, or
obligations hereunder without the Provider's written consent will be void.
The Software was designed and developed for UltraSabers LLC and shall be used
only in connection with Obsidian USB v3/v4 sound boards and Emerald LED Driver.
Any other use is prohibited.
The Licensee shall not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise
attempt to discover the Source Code of the Software or it's components delivered
as Compiled Code.
The Software may contain links to other web sites, resources and advertisers.
The Provider is not responsible for the availability of these external sites nor
does it endorse, or is it responsible for, the quality of informational content,
advertising, products or other materials made available on or through such
external sites. Under no circumstances shall the Provider or any of the
affiliated providers be held responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for
any loss or damage caused or alleged to have been caused to Licensee in
connection with the use of or reliance on any content, goods or services
available on such external sites. Licensee should direct any concerns to such
external sites' administrator or owner.
In no event will the Provider be liable to the Licensee or any other individual
or entity connected with the Licensee for any claim, loss, or damage of any kind
or nature, arising out of or in connection with the performance of this Software
(or other related components). Any interruption or loss of service or use of the
Software, or any files, data or other computer systems shall in no way cause
liability to the Provider. The Software is provided AS IS with NO WARRANTY OF
ANY KIND, INCLUDING THE WARRANTY OF DESIGN, MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out or in relation to this licensing
terms and conditions shall be settled through negotiations between Parties. If
the Parties fail to settle the dispute amicably, any outstanding dispute or
difference between them may be referred or submitted to the Provider's territory
courts and in accordance with the jurisdiction of the Provider's local law.
All brands, trademarks, registered trademarks and character names mentioned are
the exclusive property of their respective owners.
Any files used in conjuncture with the Software will not derive any
responsibility to the Provider in regards to copyright, usability, damages or
others.

contributors. Qt libraries are dynamically linked and used under the GNU Lesser
General Public License (http://doc.qt.io/qt-5/lgpl.html). Portions of the
Software use software components developed through various open source projects.
The licenses for such components are specified in the copyright notice files
delivered with this Software.
