oriented professionals with proven competence and track records for our Plant and Head
Office based at Pune and ready to lead from the front with zest to achieve turnover of over
250 Crores. We need candidates for the following post:

1. Post: Deputy General Manager (Manufacturing) Max. Age Limit: 50 years.

Scale: Rs. 17,500-400-22,300.

The incumbent will be responsible for the efficient running of the Process Plant, Formulation
Plants and Bulk Plants for achieving production, productivity and cost targets. He will play a key
role in upgrading technologies; improve process efficiencies and productivity of resources
deployed, to make operations viable.

He should be Graduate / Post graduate in Pharmacy / Chemical Engineering / Bio- Chemical

Engineering / Chemical Technology. He should have total experience of 15 years out of which 5
years should be in a senior managerial position in manufacturing in Pharmaceutical Industry. He
should be thoroughly conversant with Food & Drugs Administration Act, Factory Management,
Project Engineering and WHO/ GMP requirements.

2. Post: Manager (Electrical) Age: 40 to 50 years.

SPECIFICATIONS:

Candidate should hold a degree in Electrical Engineering followed by at least 12

years experience in Maintenance / Project Management in a Chemical / Pharmaceutical
Industry of repute. Should be holding a senior responsible position for the last 3 years and be
conversant with relevant statutory regulations. Candidate having additional experience of
Instrumentation Systems, PLC etc., will be preferred.

Candidate shall be required to take overall charge of the maintenance of electrical

installations of the factory and township and will be accountable for the uninterrupted
running of process plants, formulation units, utilities, electrical substations and
review/implementation of energy conservation measures. He will be required to handle HT
sub-stations upto 20 MVA and downstream High Tension, Medium Tension and Low
Tension distribution system. Should be well conversant with Indian Electricity Rules.

3. Management Trainee (Computer Science): Age limit: 25 years on 01.04.2010.

Candidate should be B.E., MCA, MCS. The selected candidate will receive
comprehensive training for one year. He will be paid consolidated stipend of Rupees Ten
Thousand per month along with other facilities. Hostel facilities for non-residential
candidates will be provided.

After successful completion of training they will be absorbed as Engineer / Officer

(System) in the scale of Rs. 8600-250-14,600, with their basic pay fixed at Rs.8850/- p.m. the
total emoluments will exceed Rs.23000/-, Including H.R.A. Housing facility in the colony,
with conveyance expense, LTC And other benefits will be granted.

After regular absorption selected candidates will be required to execute a contract to serve
the company for a minimum period of three years.

Pay Revision w.e.f. 01.01.2007 is due. Accordingly, the total emoluments for post at serial
no. 1 and 2 will be approximately to the tune of Rs. 45,000 and Rs. 41,000 respectively. In
addition to Basic Pay, IDA, the company offers LTC, CPF, Gratuity, conveyance,
accommodation in colony, reimbursement of medical expenses, school facility for children in
colony. Higher start could be given to exceptionally deserving candidates.
