The interface for Ligplot v.4.4.2. was successfully designed. The Objective of the RLIAT (Receptor
Ligand Interaction Analysis Tool) was to provide a user friendly interface for 2D graphical display of all
the possible combinations that can arise due to the interaction between the various protein chains and
the ligand residues and it was successfully achieved. No such GUI for this program was available before.
6)Developed a standalone software for telephone directory and its intranet version at
HWPK(Heavy Water Plant Kota) A division under Department of Atomic Energy(DAE) GOVT. of
INDIA using VB , ASP & FLASH.
Telephone Directory software is an application used for managing entire contact details for employees
working in HWP(K). This application also has provision to provide up to date information about
employees contact details.
8)Developed NCBI,EMBL flat file filter and Successfully implemented Levenshtein algorithm
(based on the distance matrix) for searching in the database at VIT University.
