Interactive Data visualisation for the hits from the chEMBL database with the zoom in/out functionality,
clickable datapoints, chart size, flexible plotting options, adjustable datapoins size for enhanced view for
the potential drug like compounds in the chEMBL database.

4)Developed the Ligand Receptor Interaction Analysis Tool at Mascon Global

Limited,Gurgaon(India) using CGI-PERL.

The interface for Ligplot v.4.4.2. was successfully designed. The Objective of the RLIAT (Receptor
Ligand Interaction Analysis Tool) was to provide a user friendly interface for 2D graphical display of all
the possible combinations that can arise due to the interaction between the various protein chains and
the ligand residues and it was successfully achieved. No such GUI for this program was available before.

5)Developed Laboratory Terminus Software(Content Management System) using PHP-

MYSQL for NPCIL(Nuclear Power Corporation of India Ltd.), a GOVT.of INDIA Enterprise.

Laboratory Terminus is a modular, optionally account-based, inventory system. It provides a way to

collect, maintain, present and archive information on laboratory stocks and records.

6)Developed a standalone software for telephone directory and its intranet version at
HWPK(Heavy Water Plant Kota) A division under Department of Atomic Energy(DAE) GOVT. of
INDIA using VB , ASP & FLASH.

Telephone Directory software is an application used for managing entire contact details for employees
working in HWP(K). This application also has provision to provide up to date information about
employees contact details.
