A.1. Accessing Email
1. With a stable internet connection, navigate
your Google Chrome internet browser to
access: https://outlook.office.com/mail/inbox

2. Type in your email address (e.g. wahi@starenergy.co.id) as login id, followed by your
password. Note: You can schedule meeting, send/receive email as if you are using office
computer
A.2. Accessing Microsoft Applications
(Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams)
1. Use your Google Chrome
internet browser to
access: https://office.com

2. Click Sign-in button

3. Type in your email address (e.g. wahi@starenergy.co.id) as login id, followed by your
password. Note: When Working from Home, you should use OneDrive to save your work.
A.3. Accessing Skype
NOTE: You can use online Microsoft Teams online to send short messages to Skype users. However, If you really need
to install MS Skype, follow steps below:
1. Use your Google Chrome internet browser to
access: https://portal.office.com/account

2. Type in your email address (e.g.


wahi@starenergy.co.id) as login id, followed
by your password to access.

3. Click “ View apps & devices “

4. Click “ Install Skype “ button then follow installation


process. You can login and use the installed Skype as if you are
using Company computer
B.1. Pre-requisites To Connect F5 VPN
1. Home computers that you have local admin privilege to
install F5 driver

2. Your existing Google Chrome internet browser, OR


You can download from: https://www.google.com/chrome

3. Existing Antivirus with latest update, OR


You can download free antivirus from these sites:
- www.avg.com
- https://www.sophos.com/en-us/products/endpoint-antivirus.aspx
- https://www.trendmicro.com/en_us/forHome/products/free-tools.html

4. A working, stable Internet connection (min: 5 Mbps).


You can check your internet connection using these sites:
- www.speedtest.net
- www.fast.com
- www.speedcheck.org
B.2. How To Connect F5 VPN
1. Use your Google Chrome
internet browser to access:
https://portal.starenergy.id

2. Enter your username &


password (This is what you
usually put when starting
your office computer)

3. Click “ logon “ button to continue


4. Once connected, click “ SSL_VPN “
button
NOTE: Step 5 – 7 is onetime only

5. Click Download button

6.a. Run the downloaded


installation file
(f5vpn_setup.exe)

6.b. Follow installation process

7. Click "2. Click here when installation completes" link


8. Click "Open F5 Network VPN" button

9. Click the first option: "Add this site to your Trusted


Sites list and always allow running Network
Access/Application Tunnels from this site" link

10. Click "Yes" button


11. Click "Yes" button

12. There will be a pop-up window and a short


notification pops up on lower left corner of your screen
that signifies your connection through F5 VPN is
established
B.3. How To Access Intranet
(BPMS, GeoIMS, SiteSAFE, etc.)
1. When your VPN Connection has been established,
Open a new tab on your browser.

2. Navigate to "http://home.starenergy.id/intraweb"

3. You will be asked to type in your network username


and password.

4. Once connected, you will be able to use your daily


application as if you are in your office.
B.4. How To Access SAP & Shared Folder
1. When your VPN Connection has been established, Open a new tab on your browser. (Refer to section B.2. To connect
the f5 VPN)
2. Navigate to “ https://jktspd01.starenergy.id/RDWeb “
3. To access shared folder, double click the “ explorer “ icon
4. To use SAP, double click the “ SAP
“ Folder then “ saplogon “ icon
5. To configure SAP new server, 7. Fill Description, Application server, Instance
