UNDERTAKING

I Jyoti Prakash Singh S/o Shri. Satya Prakash Singh has been nominated by Gautam Buddh
University, Greater Noida, Distt. Gautam Budh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh – 201312 hereinafter referred to
as a ‘Institute’.

Whereas Maruti Suzuki India Limited (MSIL) has agreed to render one and half months training at
their factory and other offices subject to the Institute and the Trainee furnish the undertakings to
MSIL. Accordingly, the trainee agreed to furnish the undertaking and do hereby undertake as under.
 1. That the Trainee shall obey the timings of training, instructions and directions as given by
MSIL from time to time.
2. That the Trainee has no right to claim the relationship between MSIL as of an employer and
employee and the trainee does not become entitled to employment in on completion of
training.
3. That the trainee shall follow and comply with all safety rules & regulations of MSIL as may
be applicable from time to time.
4. That the Trainee shall not claim any compensation damages for injury, if any, sustained to the
Trainee during the period of training as the training is being imparted exclusively for
academic purpose.
5. That the Trainee shall not indulge himself in any activities which is/are detrimental/ prejudice
to the interest of MSIL.
6. That the Trainee shall not disclose any secrecy or information occurred or gathered during the
period of training and thereafter.
7. That the trainee further undertakes to indemnify or keep MSIL indemnified from time to time
and all times from any loss or damages caused to MSIL due to any act of omission or
commission of the part of the Trainee during the period of said training.
8. That the trainee further undertakes to repay/ reimburse the entire amount/ expenses incurred
by MSIL in imparting the above training in the event of said trainee indulged in any
misconduct or leaks out any information which is prejudicial to the interest of MSIL. MSIL’s
decision to determine the said expenses will be final. MSIL can terminate the remaining
training with immediate effect without any notice under the said situation and the trainee shall
not claim to impart further training to the delinquent trainee.
9. That the Trainee shall abide by all other instructions of MSIL which are not specifically
mentioned hereinabove.

This undertaking is executed on this 29th day of May, 2019 at New Delhi.
