2. IMPLEMENTATION OF RNP10 OPERATIONS ON ATS ROUTES L759, M770, L301, N895, P646, L507,
M626, M502, P762, and L515

2.1 With effect from 12th November 2015, RNP10 based 50 NM longitudinal separation may be applied to aircraft which are
approved for RNP10 operation on ATS routes L759, M770, L301, N895, P646, L507, M626, M502, P762, and L515.

2.2 Operating restrictions applicable within Yangon FIR are detailed in appropriate paragraphs below.

3. RNP10 NAVIGATION REQUIREMENT

3.1 ATC will apply 50 NM longitudinal separation minima between suitably equipped aircraft which approved for RNP10
operations on those segments of the routes which fall within the Yangon FIR.

L759 (between TAVAN - MIPAK)

M770 (between PADET - MEPEL)
L301 (between TANEK - RINDA)
N895 (between BETNO - SAGOD)
P646 (between BETNO - IBITA)
M626 (between EKAVO - BGO)
M502 (between AKATO - LALIT)

4. SEPARATION MINIMA

Longitudinal Separation Minima

4.1 50 NM longitudinal separation may be applied between RNP10 approved aircraft utilizing CPDLC or VHF
communication.

5. OPERATIONS BY AIRCRAFT NOT MEETING RNP10 REQUIREMENTS

5.1 Non-RNP10 approved aircraft must file flight plan at F270 or below. Operations above F270 for these aircraft will be
subject to ATC approval, in accordance with the following provisions.

5.2 ATC units receiving a request for a non-RNP10 approved aircraft to operate on ATS routes specified in paragraph 3.1,
P762, at or above F280, will coordinate with adjacent ATC units affected by the flight. In deciding whether or not to
approve the flight, each ATC unit will take into consideration:-
a) traffic density;
b) communications, including the non-availability of normal communication facilities;
