Where do you see yourself in two years’ time?

In two years, I would like to explore my skills and knowledge that I learned from my MBA. Importantly, I’ll open
my eyes for the opportunity that lead me to get an important position in the hierarchy of the organization where I’ll
make management plans and decisions for the organization.

Why have you taken the career path that you have?

Since, I started my MBA my aim is to get only that job that gives me proper chance to enhance my skills and
expertise. The career path that I am following surely gives me fast career growth. Management Trainees programs
are mostly healthy for the career growth purpose.

Do you prefer to manage yourself or let someone else do the managing?

Most of the times I took guidance on the issues from my uncles and cousin that helped me out very much.
I think it is a very good habit to discuss the things with the elders and it is one of the functions of team management
to discuss the problems among the team members and take the correct decision.

Are you a leader or a follower?

Yes. I have some leadership skills in me. Unfortunately, I failed to implement in different situations and need to
refresh them. I am self motivated, confident and hard worker and feel glad to help others. I always like and
appreciate positive change in the society.

Are you computer literate?

Yes, I am computer literate and effectively work on it. I efficiently use MS OFFICE (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
Besides this, I am using different software on my laptop. Surfing on internet to get knowledge is my habit.

Tell me about a problem you have solved.

It is very difficult to arrange a seminar by a small group. So, my group was arranging a seminar on marketing. We
were facing the problem to arrange the quality guest speakers. I researched on internet and found the some good
name in the field of marketing after that we visited their offices and insisted them to attend our seminar as a guest
speaker.

Tell us about yourself

I have done MBA (Finance) from Bahria University Karachi in 2009. I did last internship in Silk Bank in credit
department (Commercial and SME) where my prime responsibility was to assist Relationship Managers and made
credit proposals. We are 3 brothers and 1 sister and father is doing part time job and mother is a school teacher.

Why do you want to work in this Organization?

Morgan Group has a good market name in the pharmaceutical Industry as well as technological industry. Your
organization will better give me the chance to use me skills and expertise through which I’ll grow my career. I am
impressed the ways you are working in the industry I’ll like to work with you.

What are your weaknesses and strength?

I am confident, Self motivated, hard worker, do not give up easily, I am able to cope up with the difficult situations
and able to learn from my mistakes. I love to learn new things and I also grab things very quickly. I guess one of
weakness is to give too much time to my work and failed to keep balance between other things that I really need to
emphasize on them.

What motivates you?

Money is not the first thing that motivates me directly. There are lots of things other than money like working
environment of the organization, the team where I am working, bosses, my designation, and career path. Work is
also the thing that motivates me.

What can we (the new company) offer that your previous company cannot offer?

It will be anything may be salary package, promotions and fringe and benefits etc. Actually, I don’t have a clear idea
because I am still waiting to start my professional career.

Is there an achievement of which you are particularly proud? What is it? Why is it significant?

During my internship in Emirates Global Islamic Bank my boss was given me an assignment to recheck all the
vouchers for the last year for audit purpose. It was a time based assignment and the dead line was 1 week. I did this
assignment with all my commitments and the result was showed at the day of audit because there were no
discrepancies in the vouchers at that day. My boss appreciated my work so much.

How do you establish a working relationship with new people?

It is difficult to make working relationship with new people in the organization. But, to discuss business matters
with them give you an opportunity to make relationship with them. Lunch with them arranging get to gather, sport
events are the other activities that helps to make a good relationship with them.
