2. Account Activation:
➢ You will receive an invitation in your given email address like below picture from zoom and approve
this.
You can download the Zoom Desktop Client for Mac, Windows, ChromeOS and Linux, as well as the
Zoom Mobile App for iOS and Android from Downloads page.
➢ After signing in, you will see the Home tab, where you can click these options:
➢ New Meeting: Start an instant meeting. Click the downward arrow to enable video or use your
personal meeting ID (PMI) for instant meetings.
➢ Join: Join a meeting that is in progress.
➢ Schedule: Set up a future meeting.
➢ Share Screen: Share your desktop screen in a Zoom Room by entering in the sharing key or
meeting ID.
➢ Call a Room: While H.323 and SIP-based room systems can be invited to a meeting once it has
been started, room systems can also be called directly from the desktop and mobile client, without
starting a meeting first.
➢ Select the Meetings tab from top menu and click (+) icon and select
➢ Select the Meetings tab and click Upcoming to view, start, edit, and delete scheduled meetings:
➢ 1. Click Join with Computer Audio if you confirmed the Audio is okay.
➢ 2. Click Test Speaker and Microphone to adjust the Audio.
➢ End (only available to the host): Display the following two options.
o End Meeting for All: End the meeting for yourself and all participants.
o Leave Meeting: Leave the meeting. You will be prompted to assign a host so that the
meeting can continue.
Click Join . Enter meeting ID or personal link name and click Join.

➢ It’s more advance from ZOOM Client Software to make a Schedule Meeting:
o Recurring meeting: Check if you would like a recurring meeting. This will open up additional
recurrence options. Select how often you need the meeting to recur: Daily, Weekly, Monthly, or No
Fixed Time. It can recur up to 50 times. If you need more than 50 recurrences, use the No Fixed
Time option. (More Guide)
o Registration: Check this option if your meeting will require registration. Instead of a join link for your
participants, you will be provided a registration link. (More Guide)
o Breakout Room: Breakout rooms allow you to split your Zoom meeting in up to 50 separate
sessions. The meeting host can choose to split the participants of the meeting into these separate
sessions automatically or manually, and can switch between sessions at any time. (More Guide)
o Polling for meetings: You can add Polling, after make a Schedule Meeting. The polling feature for
meetings allows you to create single choice or multiple-choice polling questions for your meetings.
You will be able to launch the poll during your meeting and gather the responses from your attendees.
You also have the ability to download a report of polling after the meeting. Polls can also be
conducted anonymously, if you do not wish to collect participant information with the poll results.

➢ Click Meetings, and click Schedule A New Meeting and fill in to make a schedule meeting and
Save to finish.

Copy the Invitation will open up a window where you can copy the full invitation to send out via email.
