A. MEDICATION

Sig. Take 1 cap. orally per day if hypertension still persist

Multivitamins
30 pcs.
Sig. Take 1 cap. orally per day

Iron- Ferrous Sulfate


30 pcs.
Sig. Take 1 tab. orally per day

Mefenamic Acid
Sig. Take 1 cap. orally every 6 hrs as needed.

Cefuroxime 800mg
21 pcs.
Sig. Take 1 cap. orally every 8 hrs. for 7 days

B. EXERCISE
Strenuous exercise is not advised for the patient to give time for the body to recover
from her recent delivery. Only basic exercise is advised for the patient like slow
walking and basic chores that does not requires to much effort.

C. TREATMENT

G. SPIRITUALITY AND SEX


Since the client is a Roman Catholic and that she lost her first baby, she was advised
