E-BANKING
You can use our “E-Banking” product to perform global banking transactions simply
and with ease from your home or office. Wherever you are and whenever you have
time.

E-Banking Login:
Therefore you are provided with a small code calculator (also called token) which
generates a 6-digit security code every 60 seconds.
The devices are equipped with a counter on the left-hand side which shows the
remaining validity period of the displayed secure code. A blinking dot in lower right
corner counts the seconds.
The lifetime of a SecurID token is limited to a maximum of 3 years. After this time, a
replacement device will be provided by Volksbank AG.
In addition to the token you receive a username (6-digit number) and a password
(=PIN).
Login-Screen:
After a successful login, the portfolio overview is loaded. By clicking on the portfolio
title you get to a detailed overview.1

The portfolio overview is only displayed if there are multiple portfolios or speto accounts available,
otherwise the detailed overview is loaded directly.
Movements:
By clicking the tab Movements you get to your cash and securities movements. On
the left-hand side of this screen you find some necessary tools to display all desired
details.

The Transfers tab is only visible for customers with activated payment function.
Payments:
• Account to account
• Internal
• Domestic
• International
• BVR (for customers from Liechtenstein und Switzerland)
Account to account:
This form is used for repostings between own accounts. For example you can
transfer values from your CHF account to your EUR account.
Internal:
This form is used for repostings within the Volksbank. For example it is used to
transfer money from the own to another Volksbank account.
Domestic:

Messages can be sent directly to the account manager (for general requests) or to
the technical support (in case of technical problems).
Note:
In case of technical problems it is necessary to describe the error as detailed as
possible so the technical support can response quickly.
Change my profile:
In the profile administration you have the possibility to change your login password
and the e-mail notification settings.
User password:
Note:
Passwords has to be 5 to 15 characters long and must contain at least two
upper case letters as well as two digits.
Messaging profile:
If you receive a new e-banking message these settings define if you are notified or
not.
Note:
Please check and save these data right after the first login to ensure that you
have proper settings for your account.
