You can use our “E-Banking” product to perform global banking transactions simply
and with ease from your home or office. Wherever you are and whenever you have
time.

E-Banking Login:

To authenticate our e-banking users Volksbank AG uses the SecurID process


developed by RSA.

Therefore you are provided with a small code calculator (also called token) which
generates a 6-digit security code every 60 seconds.

RSA access code (6 digits)

Seconds counter (blinking dot)

The devices are equipped with a counter on the left-hand side which shows the
remaining validity period of the displayed secure code. A blinking dot in lower right
corner counts the seconds.

The lifetime of a SecurID token is limited to a maximum of 3 years. After this time, a
replacement device will be provided by Volksbank AG.

In addition to the token you receive a username (6-digit number) and a password
(=PIN).

Collectively, all three components provide a secure login process.

Login-Screen:

• User name: Fill in your 6-digit User-ID here.

• Password: Fill in your password here.


For security reasons it is recommendable to change your
password after the first login. (see: change password)

Important: Make sure that you fill in your password exactly as


you received it (upper and lower case, special chars), because
your e-banking account will be locked after three consecutive
erroneous inputs for security reasons.

• SecurID: Fill in the actual SecurID displayed on your token.

The start screen:

After a successful login, the portfolio overview is loaded. By clicking on the portfolio
title you get to a detailed overview.1

The portfolio overview is only displayed if there are multiple portfolios or speto accounts available,
otherwise the detailed overview is loaded directly.

Movements:

By clicking the tab Movements you get to your cash and securities movements. On
the left-hand side of this screen you find some necessary tools to display all desired
details.

Transfers:

Use the Transfers tab to activate the transactions menu.2

Transaction history:

All active and already performed orders are listed here.

Payments:

Volksbank AG provides you the following payment functions:

Account to account:

This form is used for repostings between own accounts. For example you can
transfer values from your CHF account to your EUR account.

Internal:

This form is used for repostings within the Volksbank. For example it is used to
transfer money from the own to another Volksbank account.

Domestic:

Note on beneficiary bank:


The beneficiary bank can not be entered manually, but is adopted out of the
search form by clicking the desired bank code. The search is enabled by clicking
the -icon.

General notes on payments:

Secure-Code:

Each payment order has to be validated by entering a secure code, which is


displayed on you RSA token. Please remember that each code can only be used
once.

Messages:

Volksbank e-banking provides a comprehensive messaging system through which it


is possible to transmit secure messages to the bank.

Write message:

Messages can be sent directly to the account manager (for general requests) or to
the technical support (in case of technical problems).

Note:
In case of technical problems it is necessary to describe the error as detailed as
possible so the technical support can response quickly.

Change my profile:

In the profile administration you have the possibility to change your login password
and the e-mail notification settings.

User password:

Note:
Passwords has to be 5 to 15 characters long and must contain at least two
upper case letters as well as two digits.

Messaging profile:

If you receive a new e-banking message these settings define if you are notified or
not.

Note:
Please check and save these data right after the first login to ensure that you
have proper settings for your account.
