THE
INTERNATIONAL
FOUNDING
CONFERENCE
ON
ANTI
ISLAMIZATION

SPECIAL
REPORT

PARIS,
18
DEC.
2010

(Poster
of
the
conference:
“Neither
shariah
nor
Burqa:
France
does
not
want
that!”)

1
Context

 Two
 weeks
 ago,
 an
 international
 conference,
 which
 gathered
 around
 1,000

people,
was
held
in
Paris
on
the
theme
of
“islamization”.
Initiated
by
Riposte
Laique
and

other
French
extreme‐right
groups
(like
Bloc
identitaire,
Resistance
Républicaine…),
the

various
 speakers
 (writers,
 unionists,
 researchers,
 feminists…)
 warned
 the
 audience

about
 “fascislamism”,
 “green
 fascism”,
 “the
 green

 (i.e.
 Islamic)
 tide”,
 the
 “(islamic)

religious
offensive”,
“neo‐barbarism”,
“totalitarianism”,
“Eurabia”,
“the
dhimmi‐sation
of

Europe”,
 “Bedouins”:
 no
 words
 were
 strong
 enough
 to
 describe
 the
 perils
 awaiting

France
 and
 European
 civilisation
 if
 nothing
 was
 done
 to
 stop
 the
 Muslims.
 Calls
 for

guerrilla,
civil
war,
political
organisation,
(armed)
resistance
and
revolution
were
made.

This
international
conference
appears
like
the
final
act
of
a
year
full
of
events
relating
to

Muslims
 and
 Islam
 in
 France.
 There
 were
 around
 a
 hundred
 journalists
 from
 all
 over

Europe
including
Al
Jazeera.
The
conference
could
also
be
watched
online
and
according

to
the
organizers,
more
than
200,000
viewers
followed
it.

This
 international
 conference
 may
 be
 seen
 as
 an
 example
 of
 the
 rising
 of
 the

extreme
 right
 groups
 and
 discourses
 in
 Europe
 and
 as
 an
 attempt
 to
 organize

internationally
 for
 these
 groups
 against
 a
 threat
 that
 is
 perceived
 as
 common.

Interestingly,
 just
 like
 Muslim
 radicals,
 these
 groups
 do
 not
 believe
 in
 the
 existence
 of

“moderate
Islam”
or
“moderate
Muslims”,
Islam
is
in
essence
violent
and
intolerant
and

consequently
Muslims
are
all
potential
terrorists
and
bloody
soldiers
raping
their
wives

and
daughters
during
conflicts
(this
was
said
by
a
speaker
referring
to
the
Bosnian
war).

The
Speakers

From
 the
 United
 States
 with
 Tom
 Trento
 and
 the
 Florida
 Security
 Council
 to

Britain
 with
 Tom
 Robinson
 and
 his
 English
 Defense
 League
 through
 the
 Swiss

“Resistance
Hero”,
i.e.
Oskar
Freysinger
and
his
bodyguard,
the
speakers
preached
to
an

enthusiastic
 audience
 passionately
 supporting
 the
 cause.
 In
 the
 discourses,
 the
 same

references
 were
 made
 concerning
 the
 Judaeo‐Christian
 roots
 of
 Europe,
 the
 crusades

and
other
particular
historical
events
like
the
battle
of
Tours‐Poitiers
(AD
732)
and
the

Siege
 of
 Vienna.

 Interestingly,
 it
 seemed
 to
 me
 that
 all
 the
 speakers
 and
 the
 audience

assumed
that
every
single
Muslim
had
wholly
read
the
Quran
and
knew
it
by
heart
and

acted
accordingly
in
their
every
day
life.

There
were
24
speakers.
The
speeches
(in
French,
English
and
Russian)
centered

on
 accounts
 of
 concrete
 examples
 of
 islamization
 in
 some
 countries
 (like
 a
 French

unionist
 denouncing
 growing
 demands
 for
 worship
 places;
 or
 the
 account
 of
 how

Brussels
is
now
a
Muslim
town;
or
how
to
organize
when
salafis
want
to
build
a
mosque

in
 your
 neighbourhood…)
 or
 on
 more
 theoretical
 discourses
 (laicité;
 feminism
 and

women’s
rights;
no
difference
between
Islam
and
Islamism;
the
Swiss
federal
model
and

the
minaret
ban…).

René
Marchand
(journalist
and
writer)
:
Islam
is
waging

a
war
against
us
in
France.

Islam=
expansionism.

Elisabeth
 Wolff
 (daughter
 of
 a
 diplomat
 and
 housewive)
:
 In
 Austria,
 I
 talked
 about

 formed

 Freedom
 Party

 Germany):
 Islam=

21st
century’s
fascism.
Explained
his
fight
to
combat
political
Islam.

Oskar
 Freysinger
 (Swiss
 politician,
 People’s
 Party)
:
 the
 Swiss
 model
:
 an
 alternative

to
 the
 demographic
 islamization
 of
 Europe.
 Even
 in
 countries
 that
 are
 historically

Muslim,
Islam
is
perceived
as
dangerous
and
controlled
by
the
elites
(i.e.
the
US
forces),

there
 is
 no
 moderate
 Muslim
 regime.
 Obama
 and
 his
 Cairo
 discourse=
 lies
 (Obama
 is

booed…)
 so
 why
 accept
 in
 Europe
 something
 that
 is
 considered
 dangerous
 in
 the

historical
lands
of
Islam???
>
American
strategies…

Arnaud
Gouillon
(member
of
SolidariteKosovo.org,
supporting
Serbs):
I
have
learned

about
Islam’s
real
face
in
Kosovo.
Non‐Muslims
are
oppressed,
churches
destroyed…
If

Serbs
in
Kosovo
disappear,
it
means
that
Europe
is
falling…
What
happened
in
Kosovo

can
also
happen
in
France…

AnneMarie
 Delcambre
(researcher
 on
 Islam):
 There
 is
 no
 difference
 between
 Islam

and
Islamism
(quotes
from
the
Quran
as
regards
women
and
non
Muslims…)

Identitaire):
To
fight
against
islamization,
we
have

to
re‐activate
«
our
identity
antibodies
».

Christine
Tasin
(member
of
Riposte
Laique):
Republican
resistance
is
the
key
to
fight

against
islamization.

5

Robinson:
The
English
Defense
League
will
never
submit
to
islamists.

Conclusion
 from
 Pierre
 Cassen
 (Riposte

:
 we
 have
 to
 endorse
 our

responsibilities
now
that
our

is
a
success.

The
videos

During
the
conference,
4
videos
were
shown
to
the
public.
I
did
film
the
public
while

watching
the
videos
in
order
for
you
to
have
a
glimpse
of
the
atmosphere
(insults
and

cheers),
 but
 unfortunately,
 for
 the
 moment
 I
 am
 unable
 to
 upload
 them.
 It
 was

interesting
to
see
their
reactions
and
listen
to
their
comments…

1. Video
showing
Muslims
praying
in
the
streets
(insults
from
the
public)

2. Video
on
the
minaret
ban
in
Swiss
(cheers)

3. Video
on
the
living
conditions
of
Serbs
(emotional
moment)

4. Video
 showing
 the
 shock
 actions
 undertaken
 by
 Bloc
 Identitaire
 (applause
 and

cheers)

The
appeal
of
Paris,
December

 The
conference
ended
with
an
official
“Appeal”
mirroring
the
one
made
by

years

“The
‘Islamization’
of
Europe
Conference,
which
took
place
in
Paris,
on
the
18th

December
2010,
is
a
founding
act.
For
the
first
time,
orators
coming
from
the
whole
of

Europe
shared
one
same
platform
to
denounce
the
Islamic
conquest
at
work
on
our

continent.
At
the
end
of
the
Conference,
the
parties,
organizations,
associations,
websites

and
news
blogs
which
supported
this
initiative
agreed,
beyond
their
different
political

orientations,
on
a
common
manifesto
:

We
rise
up
against
the
aggressive
proselytism
of
islam,
against
the
occupation
of
public

space
by
muslim
prayers,
against
the
financing
of
mosques
with
public
funds,
against
the

development
of
the
halal
food
market,
against
the
fate
reserved
by
islam
to
women,
as

opposed
 to
 our
 principle
 of
 equality
 between
 women
 and
 men
 and,
 in
 general,
 against

any
advance
of
islam
on
the
soil
of
Europe,

Faced
 with
 the
 ‘islamization’
 of
 Europe,
 we
 reaffirm
 our
 unfailing
 attachment
 to
 our

multimillenial
civilization,
its
values
and
traditions,

We
invite
all
the
peoples
of
Europe
and
the
world
to
preserve
the
future
of
our
children

and
 grand‐children,
 by
 rising
 up
 against
 any
 attempt
 to
 replace
 the
 laws
 of
 their

countries
 –
 a
 legacy
 of
 their
 history
 and
 a
 guarantee
 of
 social
 balance
 –
 by
 rules

imported
from
abroad
and
incompatible
with
them,

We
invite
them
to
defend
the
European
citizens’
freedom
of
speech,
the
free
debate
and

free
vote
on
this
subject
matter,

We
 invite
 them
 to
 pursue
 their
 political
 or
 editorial
 actions
 to
 oppose
 the
 increasing

demands
of
islam
as
they
would
oppose
any
kind
of
totalitarianism,

We
 invite
 them
 to
 reject
 any
 sectarianism
 or
 jealous
 claiming
 in
 the
 fight
 against

‘islamization’,
for
any
dissension
would
be
detrimental
to
the
people
and
the
country,

We
 invite
 everyone
 to
 join
 an
 association
 or
 party
 that
 leads
 this
 fight,
 in
 accordance

with
one’s
own
political
sensitivity
and
to
bond
with
individuals,
groups
and
countries
in

order
 to
 set
 up
 strong
 network.
 That’s
 the
 only
 way
 to
 resist
 the
 sexist,
 homophobic,

islamic
totalitarianism,
which
aims,
by
using
demographic
dynamics
and
intimidation,
to

suppress
 a
 humanist
 civilization.
 We
 reject
 obscurantism,
 superstition
 and
 blind

submission
of
Man
to
morbid
and
disgraceful
principles.

In
this
day
and
age,
we
have
founded
a
free
association
of
independent
organizations.

We
are
a
team.
We
have
a
fight.
In
this
day
and
age,
we
launch
a
European
movement
of

resistance,
based
upon
the
defence
of
our
civilization
faced
with
a
new
totalitarianism.”
