Conditions of Sale:

Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES is the dog to be used for any illegal

activities. If for any reason we feel any of our animals have been
abused or mistreated in any way we have the right to use the law to
the fullest extent to reacquire any animal sold to a customer.

If you for any reason a customer can no longer take care of your
animal you are obligated to contact five star pits to give us an
opportunity to find a new home for the animal.

Payment:

Deposits are $50 This deposit will go towards the total cost of you
purchase. Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE but can be transfered to
another five star pits puppy. Deposits are not transferable after you
aquire the puppy. All purchases are to be paid in full by 8 weeks of
age unless we have made other special arrangements that have been
documented through email or contract. Payment must be made by
money order, or cash. The total cost of the puppies is $300 each
unless purchasing more than one puppy which can result in a discount
on multiple puppies. (note: puppy is to be paid in payments of $50 per
week and the puppy will be picked up with last payment. These
payments are non-refundable)

Maintenance:

A. Buyer agrees to maintain Puppy/Dog in good health, provide

routine preventative health care including, but not limited to the
following: annual physical exams by a licensed veterinarian, annual
vaccinations against DHLPP, annual fecal exams, continual heartworm
prevention, and rabies vaccinations as mandated by Buyer's state and
county laws. Buyer also agrees to keep Seller informed on the
condition of Puppy at least once a year

B. Buyer further agrees to provide exercise as indicated in order to

maintain Puppy in proper weight and physical shape. A proper diet of
top-quality dog food shall be fed. Seller recommends orijin brand dog
food.

C. During the life of Puppy/Dog, buyer and Seller agree to notify each
other within 30 days; of any change in address, or telephone
numbers.

D. Buyer agrees that Puppy/Dog is NOT TO BE LEFT SOLELY IN A

BACKYARD OR KENNEL, and will be allowed to spend substantial
quality time in the home with family members. Puppy/Dog is sold with
the understanding that it was to go to carefully selected parties that
are familiar with the breed and Buyer will insure that Puppy/Dog shall
become a member of the family. (This is to assure proper
development and maintenance of temperament for which Puppy/Dog
was bred.)
8) If the dog/puppy is intact the following will apply to maintain the
sellers kennels reputation and bloodline:

A. All breeding of the dog must be for the betterment of the breed
and follow the APBR Breeders Code of Ethics.

C. Under no circumstances shall buyer, successors or assignees, allow

dog papers or pedigree to be used to falsely register another dog
within any dog or pet registries.

Health Guarantee:

The seller guarantees this dog to be of sound health and

temperament at the time of this sale. The puppy will be current on all
vaccinations and deworming.

The purchaser agrees to take this dog to a licensed veterinarian of his

choice within 48 hours for a physical examination. Should the dog be
determined to have a serious illness at that time, the cause of which
is clearly attributable to the seller, you must let us know immediately,
the dog may, upon written diagnosis from a licensed veterinarian,
may be returned for another dog of equal value. No refunds will be
given, vet fees and airfare will not be refunded. After the 48 hours,
we release all liability for illness.

We guarantee the puppy of any life threatening disease or genetic

defect (i.e. parvo, distemper, rabies etc) that will shorten the dogs life
before the age of 6 months old. Should the dog be determined to
have a life threatening genetic defect that would shorten their life
before the age of 6 months old and the cause is clearly attributable
to the seller, a written diagnosis from at least 2 licensed veterinarian
must be given to five star pits. Upon attaining this documentation we
choose to exchange that puppy for another puppy of equal value. We
will not give cash refunds or pay for Vet or airfare fees. If the
replacement puppy is of greater value, the seller will offer to deduct
the original purchase price for the purchase of a new puppy. If the dog
is over 6 months old we release all liability, the choice to be
determined by the seller.

We do not Guarantee on any other genetic defects that is not life

threatening and will not shorten the dogs life. The choice to be
determined by the seller.

We must get a signed copy of this contract before puppy is

shipped/released. Thank you

The above are the terms of sale. If buyer has any questions about this sales contract,
buyer needs to get clarification from seller. By making a deposit on a dog/ Puppy, buyer is
thereby bound to the terms set in this sales Contract.
