Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself: How to Lose Your Mind and Create a New One (2012) by Dr. Joe Dispenza is a self-help book about shaking off negativity and using meditation to effect positive change. Many people don’t realize how much their mental life directs their physical experience of the world. The connection between subjective and objective reality, and mind and matter, is very strong.
