A list of question you can ask (depending on the Student)


1. We have already introduced each other in Russian. Now I know your first
name. (Name), how are you today? And what is your last name? Can you spell
it?
2. Can you give me your phone number in English?
3. What do you like doing in your spare (free) time?
4. Do you enjoy reading? Who is your favourite book written by?
5. What did you do yesterday after work / in the evening?
6. What are you doing tonight after our meeting?
7. What do you do for a living? (What’s your job?) Do you use the English
language at work?
8. How long have you worked (been working) as a…?
9. What had you done before you started working in your company?
10. What would you do if you didn’t work?
11. Do you have a family / a best friend? What character traits do you respect
most in them? (​Conjugation of verb in Present Simple​).
12. What were your family members doing when you came home yesterday?
13. Have you ever been to English-speaking countries? When did you visit this
country last time? What did you do there? (​Go back to Present Perfect and Past
Simple.) (You can use Gerund as well: Do you remember visiting this country last
time?​
