This is in reference to your offer against Tender no F.N. 24/RI/RC/Mech/425/2019-Rish (Admin) at All
lndia lnstitute of Medical Sciences, (AllMS) Rishikesh .
1. I am directed to confirm herewith that your bid submitted for below mentioned items at
AIIMS, Rishikesh is hereby accepted as per detailed terms and conditions of the Tender
documents.

Note:ThisisinclusiveofallsalariesasperminimumwageS,bonus,ESl,PF,,nitm
all other taxes & dues payable excluding the Goods and Service Tax(GST) & educational cess, consumables
for mechanized cleaning.
Note:- GST shall be paid to the contractor and the contractor is required to provide challan paid in the
subsequently monthly bill.
2. You are requested to furnish performance Security deposit @ LO% of contract value i.e. Rs.
2,39,97,600/- (Rupees Two Crore Thirty-Nine Lakhs Ninety-Seven Thousands Six Hundred only) in
the form of FD/BG/TD/CD of 02-year time period from any Nationalised/Schedule First Class Bank
duly pledged in favour of "All lndia lnstitute of Medical Sciences, "Rishikesh" payable at Rishikesh valid
up to 90 days after the date of completion of all contractual obligations by the supplier, initially from
the date of issue of this letter of award.
3. You are further requested to make necessary arrangement to execute the contract Agreement on
lndian Non-Judicial Stamp Paper of Rs. 100/- within 21 davs from the date of issue of this letter.
4. This issues with the approval of the Director, AIIMS Rishikesh.
5. Please acknowledge the acceptance on immediate basis.
