MSL has taken this initiative further over the years; MSL Learning conducts a wide
array of Management Development Programs under its own banner both online and
offline, for its corporate clients. These MDP's are delivered by the very best faculty
these institutes have to offer.
In the year 2003, it partnered with Microsoft, USA, to provide IT Education in the
country. It went on to become a Gold Partner, Learning Solutions, for Microsoft. The
Gold Partner status implies that the highest standards of Microsoft Learning have
been achieved and maintained in this venture.
In the year 2004, the foundation and company went on to partner with Prometric,
USA, a testing and certification body, that evaluates and certifies individuals on a
variety of subjects, from Project Management Professionals of the Project
Management Institute, USA, to the US Medical Licensing Examination, US
Government. This partnership is still going strong, and sees more than a thousand
students certify each year at the test centers setup by the company
The year 2005 saw the company partner with ETS, the Educational Testing
Services, USA to deliver the TOEFL and GRE (Graduate Records Examination)
examinations in India. These two exams are mandatory for all students traveling to the
US for further studies. In fact, MSL Learning's test center in Gurgaon is the only
location in North India where students can give this examination. This exclusivity
speaks volumes for the trust these Learning Organizations place on our capabilities.
MSL Learning partnered with Reliance Anil Dhirubhai Ambani Group in the year
2008, collaborating to market its Virtual Classroom Program from XLRI Jamshedpur,
to be delivered to Working Executives at Reliance Webworld's throughout the
country.
MSL Learning went on to partner with ICICI Prudential in the same year, to help them
design and deliver an employability based classroom course, at the end of which the
company offers each student a position in ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company,
at pay packages ranging from Rs.1.5 Lacs to 2.75 Lacs per annum. Students thus can
be on their way to having a corporate career after just 6 months in the classroom . The
course is open for fresh graduates from across the nation. A similar partnership with
Tata Croma and SP Jain Institute of Management saw a Program in Retail
Management being launched.
MSL Learning launched in the same year, an Insurance Training Initiative, which was
awarded due Accreditation by the IRDA , The Insurance Regulatory &
Development Authority, a Government of India Organization established by the
Parliament to protect the interests of the policyholders, to regulate, promote, and
ensure orderly growth of the insurance industry. The IRDA accredited the company, to
carry out and deliver the pre licensing training required by Insurance Agents.
MSL Learning went on to launch its own Virtual Learning Initiatives, U18 and MSL
WebX, in the year 2008, fulfilling a long standing dream of setting up a virtual
institution that we could be proud of.
These initiatives uses both e-learning and interactive distance learning technology,
over the internet, to deliver distance learning management programs to working
executives throughout the country. A partnership with The Karantaka State Open
University, Mysore, also enables us to offer Degree Programs on our Online
Platform. This venture leverages the foundations partnerships with learning and
certifications organizations, like Microsoft, and others, to achieve a truly national
reach.
