DESCRIPTION: TRAVEL ODISHA is a web-based tourist information system

developed the local tourist place information on the web to focus to make it
distinct. Indirectly it enhances the economy of the locality as tourism is
directly influence by site like this. A major part of the portal is to get
information from the user about the place which is distinct but famous. It has
been developed keeping in mind all category of people. And lastly, it has also
been enabled with tips and helps .The site is completely developed. We used
one of the Rapid Application development tool for modules and one of the
strong RDBMS i.e. SQLServer as back end.

This project is comprised of following components:

Home Page.
Search Places.
Tourist Places.
Information regarding tourist places.
Detail View.
Admin-Upload Places.

RESPONSIBILITY:
•Design application based on client requirement. Developed application
using ASP.NET, C# Technology.
• Created sophisticated SQL Server database to responsively handle
complex queries (T-SQL, triggers, stored procedures) and .NET data
access components.
•Used Visual Source Safe for source code control.

In the component “Home Page”, developed the application using C# & HTML
AND developed the UI by using ASP.net
In the component “search places” developed the application using c#, HTML
and ASP.NET tools like grid view, SQL data source.
In the components “Tourist Places” developed the application using ASP.NET
tools like form view, SQL data source,
