perfectly, and without one of it, it would feel like as if it is incomplete. That is why these key partners
are really important for every business that we do. It is because the success of the event also depends
on them. So if something happens that is not good with one of them, there is a chance that everything
could fall apart. So in Elite Events we enrich our communication and we always build good relationship

Our business, Elite Events, aims to establish very strong, personal and valuable relationships
with our clients. In the events industry, it is very important to build a good relationship with your clients

One of the most important aspects of a service business is the salary and wage it pays. In our
business, Elite Events, wage and salary expenses are included in the cost structure since it is one of the
incentives given by the agency to its service providers. This line item may also include bonuses and
commissions. Moreover, in an event management agency, planning and organization costs are
inevitable. Included here are travel costs and communication fees. Before Elite Events can also legally
begin to operate its business, permits and licenses are mandatory and need to be in place. That is why it
is included in the cost structure. Lastly, the business has only low OPEX since store and rent expenses
are not required.

One of the major sources of revenue of Elite Events will be based on the percentage from the
provision of its service. Once a deal has been finalized, Elite Events is obliged to provide its services to
another party and will receive the payment afterwards. Also, the amount to be paid will be depending
on its usage. Elite Events will be charging depending on what package the customer wants - rates would
be different from a garden event that is very aesthetic to a well-arranged indoor event.
