FLOCHECK
Plug, Bonnet
FloCheck™ is a one-way drop type check valve Stud
especially designed to help you save on Nut
maintenance and valve replacement costs. It is fully Bonnet
repairable in-line and features an exclusive seat Seal, Bonnet
design that virtually eliminates wear on the valve Spring
body. NOTE: The seat can be resurfaced if wear is Valve (Poppet)
not excessive.
Each FloCheck™ valve is carefully
manufactured, inspected and tested to ensure long, Seat
trouble-free service in the most demanding
Seal, Seat
environmental conditions. All valve sizes have face-
to-face dimensions identical to API gate valves and Body
API flanged end connections are standard. Buttweld,
clamped and studded end connections are provided
on request. Spare parts, including all seals, are
available from stock. And, since FloCheck End Cover
incorporates the same poppet design used in many
popular mud pumps, spares are available worldwide
through numerous supply stores.

CFI "CLASS U" BOP PIPE RAM BLOCKS
All Blowout Preventers' Components Conform to API Specification 16A, Latest Edition
Pipe rams for Control Flow's "Class U" blowout preventers are Top Seal
available to fit any size pipe, drill collar or kelly. All the ram assemblies
listed, including blind rams, are suitable for H2S service.
• Control Flow's "Class U" ram assemblies are self-feeding, with a
large reserve of packer rubber, assuring a long-lasting seal under
all conditions.
• Ram packer's rubber is locked into place and cannot be dislodged Ram Block
by well flow. Assembly
• Packer rubber is bonded to steel plates which confine it to the sealing
area. Packer

“TROJAN” Blowout Preventers
Control Flow’s “TROJAN” ram type blowout preventer is a field proven workhorse. You’ll find it pulling its weight on many major
oil company wells and is one of the most easily maintained and reliable BOPs ever built.

Pipe Handling Systems
Pipemaster® Offshore
Piperacker
The remotely-operated, manually-controlled Pipemaster®
Offshore Piperacker improves efficiency through positive
mechanical control in horizontally storing, handling and
racking of tubular goods. Adaptable to drill ships, semi-
submersibles and mobile self-elevating platforms, the
system semi-automatically moves drill pipe, collar and riser
sections to and from the rig floor for tripping operations.
The Pipemaster® Offshore Piperacker provides a system
that mechanically controls and handles pipe in adverse sea
states.

Pipemaster® Offshore
Semi-Submersible and
Jack-Up Handling System
This system is specially designed to handle single drill
pipe, marine riser and casing aboard semi-submersible
or jack-up platforms. This tubular goods handling system
provides the mechanical means to move drill pipe,
marine riser and casing from a horizontal racking area
on the main deck back and forth to the rig floor. Typical
system storage capacity is consistent with a 100 foot
(30.5 M) long deck area.
