Lover of Jesus and Souls Joins Love Loud Lowndes County Team
God led our Montgomery Baptist family to begin
Love Loud Lowndes County almost two years ago.
The objective was (and still is) for MBA churches to
be encouraged, equipped, and empowered to bring the
hope of Christ to one of the poorest counties in
Alabama (and the poorest county of our River
Region) through meeting human need and planting
gospel seed. Though long-range strategies are being
developed that produces housing and town
development, we started small with meeting the most
basic need of humankind… hunger. Several churches
have adopted the eight-county townships and were

HOPE Inspired Ministries has become a partner with Love Loud
Lowndes County. HIM is training adults to have better life habits and
employable skills. They do this in the name of Jesus. It is a privilege to
see how John Bowman and his staff (including one of our MBA pastors,
Joe Covington) encourage these friends with an opportunity for a second
chance. In just recent days, one of their Lowndes County campus
graduates became a member of the staff at a Hayneville nursing home. The
Lowndes County ministry resides at the Mission Center. During this season we are privileged to deploy the Rolling Grocery Store in
partnership with churches throughout the River Region. In partnership with Love
