Ms. Kurecki

Economic Health Project

Ms. Kurecki is looking for a place to move after she graduates from Purdue in May. She is hoping to move to
a country with a stable economic health & lots of job opportunities. Luckily, you work for the CIA World Factbook and
are an expert at analyzing a country's economic health.
Your task is to create a presentation to inform Ms. Kurecki about where or where not to live when she
graduates. You can choose to create a project for A) a country that she SHOULD move to or B) a country that she
should NOT move to.
For this project, you may choose how to present this material. However, there is a set list of criteria that
must be addressed in your project. This project will combine our 3 main topics for this unit (Gross Domestic Product,
Economic Growth, and Business Cycles).

Regardless of which format you choose, you will be graded on the following categories:

I. Connection to Class Concepts

• In your project, you must correctly reference all 3 class concepts (GDP, business cycles and economic
growth) as you make your argument for or against a specific country.
II. Country Data
