Objective
This course enables the students to understand the retailing process, the environment within
which it operates and the various retail institutions along with their functions. Make students
aware of the retail marketing strategies and the financial performance of retail business. The
course would provide knowledge and inculcate analytical skills required for retail
management and build strong foundation for students who plan to make their career in field
of retailing factoring in current globalization/internationalization trends.
