RE: TRESPASS BY JOHANNA CIMPHER

Pursuant to 28 U.S.C.§ 1746(2), I hereby declare as follows:

1. I am over the age of eighteen and am competent to testify as to the facts and matters set
forth herein. I make this declaration upon personal knowledge unless otherwise expressly stated.

2. I reside in the Oak Run Country Club (“Oak Run”) at 8092 SW 115th Loop, Ocala, FL
34481. Oak Run is a gated 55+ community with security by Envera Systems.

3. On June 3, 2020, the following names appeared on my Envera Systems visitor list of
person permanently denied entry to the Oak Run Country Club:

Johanna Cimpher Matthew Smith Jeremiah Young

Johanna Thondike Marc Smith
Sarah Thompson Patricia Thompson
Andrew Coutu Cathy Thompson

4. On June 3, 2020 at approximately 4:00 PM, Johanna Cimpher, f.k.a. Johanna Thondike
(“Johanna”), age 29 (DOB 10-12-90), appeared unannounced at my home in Oak Run, together
with William Clinton Hearon (“Will”), age 34 (DOB 03-21-86). I saw Johanna’s vehicle parked
in my driveway, a Hyundai four-door sedan, color red, believed to be a 2013 model year.

5. I did not grant permission to Johanna Cimpher or William Clinton Hearon to enter Oak
Run on June 3, 2020. Envera Systems did not call me to verify any visitors that day. Therefore I
conclude Johanna unlawfully evaded Envera Systems security by tailgating behind another
vehicle, a driven by person with permission to enter Oak Run, to get past the security gate.

6. Johanna is a sibling of Sarah May Thompson (“Sarah”), age 34 (DOB 06-09-85), an

unemployed vagrant who may reside in Marion County, Florida.

7. On June 6, 2020, I added the name of William Clinton Hearon to my Envera Systems
visitor list of persons permanently denied entry to the Oak Run Country Club.

Pursuant to 28 U.S.C.§ 1746(2), I declare under penalty of perjury that the foregoing is
true and correct. Executed on this 6th day of June, 2020.
