The 

ÊÊrefers to the column of energy that extends from the base of the spine
to the top of the head. It has been referred to as the chakra column.

The 
Êis the bridge of light, or lighted way, on which we travel to higher
dimensions. It connects the individual on Earth with their soul and continues all the way to
the Godhead. It is through the central canal and the antakarana that the soul and spiritual
energies can flow down to the individual. A wide, clear, well-built antakarana and central
canal allows one to be filled with the Light of Spirit at the slightest request. A small amount
of focused work will bring fantastic results.

The Triangulation Meditation

The soul star is an etheric star of Light that hovers approximately six inches above the
head. The soul star is not the soul, but rather an instrument through which the soul does it's
work. An extension of the soul, it becomes activated by saying the soul mantra. After saying
the soul mantra, the soul star will obey thought and creative visualization and will actually
be able to move.

The central canal refers to the column of energy that extends from the base of the spine to
the top of the head, also known as the chakra column. It is an important practice to widen
the central canal and clear it of psychic debris. It can be widened into a column of light that
is the size of the circumference of one's head.

1. Say the Soul Mantra three times while concentrating on the soul star. Visualize the soul
star as a brilliant star or sun situated about six inches above your head.

2. Move the soul star with the power of your mind and
imagination diagonally forward to a position one foot in front of
your third eye. Then bring the soul star straight back to the
center of your head and into the central canal and chakra
column. Now bring the soul star straight upward through the
entire central canal and back to six inches above your head.

Be sure to move the soul star very slowly and deliberately in it's
upward motion. As it moves, the soul star is literally burning
away hindering thought forms and psychic debris. This work is a
cooperative effort of both the personality and the soul who are
using the soul star as their instrument. Your soul is very excited
to have this opportunity to work with you in this manner.

3. Repeat this same process of creating the triangle with the third
eye one more time.

4. Repeat this same procedure for the throat, heart, solar plexus,
sacral, root, and knee chakras the chakras in the soles of your
feet, and the Earth Star, which sits about one foot below ground. Do this triangulation
method two times for each of these centers.

The Spiritual Whirlwind Meditation

The purpose of this meditation is to clear all the unwanted psychic debris, negative thought
forms, and stagnant energy from your auric field. Some of this debris comes from your daily
living, and also comes from the Triangulation Meditation clearing.

The spiritual whirlwind, or vortex, is a living psychic reality of your soul. You can watch it
come down from the soul once it has been activated.

Visualize the tip of the lowest point of the funnel in your antakarana, which is the bridge of
light on which we travel to higher dimensions. Let your soul determine the size, color, and
speed at which it moves.
The idea is to have this spiritual whirlwind move downward through your crown chakra and
then through your entire auric field, cleansing away all the psychic debris of a lower octave
and taking it deep into the center of the Earth, where it drops the debris, ceases to move,
and disappears.

A new spiritual whirlwind must be invoked each time you want to clear yourself. Invoke
from three to seven whirlwinds each time you do this meditation. It is
recommended that you do this meditation to start your day, after work, and
before bed to keep yourself clear.

2. Visualize the spiritual whirlwind high above your head with its funnel tip in

3. Watch it or visualize it moving down through your field and then into the
earth.

4. Call forth and invoke as many spiritual whirlwinds as you need until you feel clear.
Usually three to five minutes is enough.

The Corkscrew Meditation to Widen the Central Channel

The building of the central canal all the way to the Earth Star is very important. If the
central canal is not built in a uniform manner from the Earth and feet to the crown, then
energy can become dispersed and congested. This can cause physical health problems,
especially in the area of the torso.

Move slowly in the beginning. Once the central canal is built and your four bodies (physical,
emotional, mental, and spiritual) are more purified and refined, you can move faster.

2. Say the Mantra of Unification

The sons and daughters of humanity and one and I am one with them.
I seek to love, not hate.
I seek to serve and not exact due service.
I seek to heal, not hurt.
Let pain bring due reward of Light and love.
Let the soul control the outer form of life and all events, and bring to Light the love
that underlies the happenings of the time.
Let vision come and insight.
Let the future stand revealed.
Let inner union demonstrate and outer cleavages be gone.
Let love prevail.
Let all humanity love.

3. Build one large triangle by moving the soul star with the power of your
mind and imagination diagonally downward and forward to a position one
foot in front of the Earth star (which lies under your feet and about one foot
below the ground). Then move the soul star to the center of the Earth star
and back into the central canal.

4. Begin moving the soul star upward in the shape of a corkscrew, moving in
a clockwise direction, widening your central canal to the desired width.

5. End the meditation by saying The Great Invocation

From the point of Light within the mind of God, let Light stream forth
into the minds of humanity.
Let light descend on Earth.

From the point of Love within the heart of God let Love stream forth
into the hearths of Humanity.

From the center where the will of God is known, let purpose guide the wills of
humanity, the purpsoe which the Masters know and serve.

From the center which we call the race of humanity, let the plan of love and Light work
out, and may it seal the door where duality/separation dwells.

Let Light and love and power restore the plan on Earth.

1. See the Light come down into your body.

Keep this going for ten minutes per day.
2. See the Light radiate out from your hands.
Let it flow to those you love the most.
3. See the Light, from somewhere out in the universe, come into you and flow out
from your hands into the whole Planet Earth.
Keep this going for two to three minutes per day.

1. Raise your arms up into the air, hands straight, with fingers pointed up and palms
forward.
Count to 10, breathing slow with each count.
2. Lower your arms so that your hands are in front of your chest with fingers pointed
up and palms out.
Count to 10. breathing slow with each count.

3. Lower your arms again, so your hands are now in front of your thighs, palms facing
towards the ground.
Count to 10, breathing slow with each count.

The Magick Circle

HOW TO MAKE THE CIRCLE:

1.Ê Choose a place that is going to be your private place of worship, your temple.
2.Ê Standing in front of the area, put your index fingers and your thumbs together
forming a triangle, with the rest of your fingers folded under. Turn your hands down
and around so that your index fingers point toward your stomach and your thumbs
point away from your body.
3.Ê Starting from your belly, separate your hands and form the circle in the air like you
are outlining the edge of the circle, reaching out as far as you can. Do this three
times. It is important that your fingers and thumbs always come together and touch
both in front and at your belly each time you outline the circle.

TO LAY DOWN THE ELEMENTAL PLATFORM:

 1.Ê Put your left hand under your right hand, palms up, and step back one step with
your right foot first.
2.Ê Move your hands out to the side so that they are approximately two feet apart and
let your fingers point down. Then step back again with your right foot first. Where
your hands were pointing down are now two columns of light going deep into the
earth and extending all the way up to the Origin of Light. When you touch these
columns of light, they vibrate!

You are now done making the Circle. The Circle will be in this place forever and you never
have to lay it down or lay the platform again. The circle needs to be activated one time
every day.

HOW TO USE THE CIRCLE:

1.Ê Grab the poles and step on the Elemental Platform.

2.Ê Move your hands from holding the back of the poles inside and relax them and your
sides.
3.Ê Visualize the four Elements:
%ÊEarth: from your feet to your knees. See yourself stuck in the earth as if you have
dug your feet into the sand at the beach
$Ê. Water: from your knees to your waist
Ê. Air: from your waist to your shoulders
%ÊFire: from your shoulders and up
4.Ê Bring your hands together in front of your chest in prayer prosition and bow.
5.Ê Step into the circle and say: "It is by will alone that I set my mind in motion."
6.Ê Once inside the circle, relax and enjoy the Light from above. Remember that this is
your sacred space, so DO NOT bring in the outside world. Õ'',ÊÊ '-Ê
7.Ê When you are finished with your meditation or ritual, leave the circle by simply
bowing with your hands in front of your chest and step back, with your right foot first
onto the Elemental Platform, saying ]

foot first) off the platform. The circle is now closed.
