We would request that you confirm that these topographic survey have been taken and submitted to Engineer. With regard to Sub Clause 9, the Contractor must compile, reference, validate, and protect all survey and investigation data in easily comprehensible form. On the basis of the approved joint survey data, the Contractor shall prepare and submit to the Engineer for approval the working drawings specified in the spcecification Part I and the Drawings. With regard to Sub Clause 10, the Contractor must concurrently submit all relevant survey and other supporting data to the Engineer with the working drawings for which the approval is sought.
