Contract A Work Areas
Notice to Proceed April 1, 2010 Complete
Pen Park Lane to Holmes Ave June 10, 2010 January 30, 2011 Clearing, benching and E&S complete. Bypass pumping equipment and pipe are in
operation at the old wastewater treatment plant site. Pipe laying operation is on‐going
and 800 feet of 48" has been installed. Stream crossing is complete. Production blasting
is nearly complete at the old wastewater treatment plant site. The bypass system will be
moved to Locust Meadows/St. Charles after Christmas and production blasting and pipe
laying will begin in those areas in the new year.
Contract B Work Areas

Kenwood Lane to Brandywine Dr. June 1, 2010 January 30, 2011 Clearing, benching and E&S complete. Bypass pumping equipment and pipe are
operational. Pipe installation is on‐going with approximately 2,200 feet installed.
Contractor has installed pipe under railroad and the stream crossing.
Brandywine Dr. to Pepsi Place October 25, 2010 February 15,2011 Clearing is complete. Contractor is stockpiling materials in the easement.
Pepsi Place to Hydraulic Rd November 1, 2011 May 15, 2011 Clearing is complete.
Hydraulic Rd to Emmet Street April 15, 2011 June 30, 2010
Boring Below Norfolk Southern September 17, 2010 October 22, 2010 Bore is complete.
Boring Below Hydraulic Road TBD
Boring Below Route 250 Bypass November 15, 2010 January 15, 2010 140' of 156' is complete

Notes: The above schedule is subject to change based on the Contractor's progress and will be updated accordingly. Within each area, the work will include surveying, clearing, geotechnical
investigations, erosion and sediment control, grading, delivery of equipment and materials, sewer installation, final seeding and grading. An overlap in work is anticipated when
transitioning from one work area to the next. Tunneling operations under railroads and roadways will be conducted independent of the posted schedule for each work area; further
information will be posted as the final schedule for these activities becomes available. The landscape restoration work will follow in the next planting season.
