Good Day!

We are Grade 11 – ABM BEZOS Senior High School students of Gen. T De Leon National High School who are
presently conducting a research entitled, “Online Shopping Towards Satisfaction of the Consumer as Perceived
by Grade 11 Students”. This study is major requirement for our Practical Research 1 Subject.
In this regard, we would like to request permission from you to conduct a personal interview to give us your
insights and views on this research undertaking.

If you choose to participate in this study, we will schedule a time to meet with you at your most convenient time.
During this time, we would like to ask questions concerning on how internet affects the learning experience of
grade 11 students.

This interview will approximately last for ten to fifteen minutes (10 – 15 ) minutes. With your permission, we would
like to audiotape the interview in order to focus on the conversation. Only our group will have access to the tape.
The recordings will be transcribed and we will remove any identifiers during the transcription. The tape will then
be erased and your identity will be kept confidential and will not be revealed in the final manuscript.

Your responses hold a great significance in quest of our qualitative data collection. Attached here is a copy of our
interview questionnaire. Your willingness to participate in this study is greatly appreciated and commended.
