Greetings!

In line with ASEAN competence and undying commitment of the Bislig Campus Student
Council, the entity visions a systematic, decent and well-informed USeP before heading forth to the days
of academic struggle. The council seeks to give a quality student service in lined with the Student Key
Concern #5 HEALTH AND WELL BEING with the goal to organize extra-curricular programs and
activities that are related to health and wellness as essential to the holistic development of the students
and with the objective to empower student relation through socialization.

In this light, we would like to have the opportunity to ask for permission from your good office to
allow the officers of the BCSC to spearhead and to have the USeP Student Night 2018 – Rock Party.
This communication would like to ask further, the consent of your good office to excuse all the students
from their classes during the proposed date. The above activity will take place by 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm of
September 28, 2018 at San Roque Barangay Gymnasium. BCSC considered the venue as the most
appropriate venue that will cater the whole population of the campus and the best place to do some sort of
acquaintances and celebrate the Unity that each diverse USePian and the event sponsors has to offer and
that it falls to the latter date being the only day where the venue is available.

Rest assured that the organizing teams will exercise proper authority during the conduct of the
activities and the attendance of the USePians will be strictly monitored for safety and active participation
of everyone involved. We assure you further of the Transportation that would carry the people of
Maharlika to Mangagoy to their respective drop-in places after the activity.

We look forward for your favorable response regarding our request and for the greater good of
the USePians.
