A. President’s Report
Ma’am April discussed about the accomplishments of the Faculty Club for the entire
school year. First, she discussed about the operation of the school canteen. She also stated
about the newly elected officers of the organization. She also mentioned about the social
services of the organization however it was not yet registered in the CDA.

Sir Cervantes - moved for the adoption of the treasurers report and request for the treasurer
to copy furnished the report to the secretary for safe keeping

Sir Cervantes - suggestion, as practiced, the remaining money will be deposited to the bank,
he suggested 5000 of the cash on hand will be invested.

Ma’am April - the cash on hand will be used for the emergency fund.

Objectives was met from P50 contribution of the teachers. The teachers were able to
share with the little amount of food. Communication problems with the celebrants since it was
assumed that the teachers were already informed. Hopeful for the presence of the birthday
celebrants for the next month.

Grateful for the support of teachers during the retirement ceremony of Sir Calib-og. He

Ma’am Dahay – clarification whether the money will be returned from the previous lending.
Ma’am April – note the members who were not able to receive the money and communicate
with Ma’am Jona on the status.

Ma’am Dahay – follow up on the pending collectibles and what will be the action since the
money was from her own.
