Intra and Inter Hospital The Crossvent 3 Intensive Care/Transport Ventilator is an ultra-compact,
Recovery Room electronically controlled time cycled, volume or pressure limited ventilator
offering a wide range of ventilatory support of patients from pediatric through adult.

Subacute Care It is available in three different configurations to suit most any need. It may be ordered in
Touchscreen Controls its standard configuration or with a Bio-Med Blender attached or with air entrainment. The
attached blender allows the user to set an oxygen concentration from 21% to 100%. With air
Pressure Support entrainment, the user can set the oxygen concentration to a nominal 50% without the need for an
15 Hour Battery external air supply source. The unique venturi mechanism built into the unit mixes ambient air
Built-in Alarms with the source oxygen, subsequently increasing oxygen tank life.

Ventilation modes include Assist Control, SIMV, CPAP, Pressure Support and Sigh. All settings
may be quickly and easily set using the touch screen monochrome display.

Standard alarms include Pressure Rate, Oxygen Concentration and Low Battery.

The CV-3 may be powered by a compressor, blended gas or 100% oxygen and may be used in
most areas of the hospital, including Intensive Care, Recovery Room, Emergency Room, Sub-
Acute Care and Transport.

The internal battery provides power during transport and in the event of AC power
failure. If the external power should fail, the CV-3 will automatically switch to its
battery power and sound an alarm. A fully charged battery will last
approximately 15 hours.
