LTM4628 - Dual 8A or Single 16A DC/DC μModule Regulator

Delivers Dual 8A Outputs from up to 26.5VIN
The LTM®4628 is a complete dual 8A output switching mode DC/DC power supply
and can be easily configured to provide a single 2-phase 16A output. Included in
the package are the switching controller, power FETs, inductor, and all supporting
components. Operating from an input voltage range of 4.5V to 26.5V, the LTM4628
supports two outputs each with an output voltage range of 0.6V to 5.5V, set by a single
external resistor. Its high efficiency design delivers 8A continuous current for each
output. Only a few input and output capacitors are needed.

The device supports frequency synchronization, multiphase operation, Burst Mode

operation and output voltage tracking for supply rail sequencing. It has an onboard
temperature diode for device temperature monitoring. High switching frequency and
a current mode architecture enable a very fast transient response to line and load
changes without sacrificing stability.

Fault protection features include overvoltage and overcurrent protection. The power module is offered in a space saving and thermally enhanced 15mm ×
15mm × 4.32mm LGA package. The LTM4628 is PB-free and ROHS compliant.

LT3511 - Monolithic High Voltage Isolated
Flyback Converter
Significantly simplifies the design of an isolated DC/DC converter - no optocoupler,
third winding or signal transformer are required for feedback
The LT3511 is a high voltage monolithic switching regulator specifically designed for the isolated flyback
topology. No third winding or opto-isolator is required for regulation as the part senses output voltage
directly from the primary-side flyback waveform. The device integrates a 240mA, 150V power switch, high
voltage circuitry, and control into a high voltage 16-lead MSOP package with four leads removed.

The LT3511 operates from an input voltage range of 4.5V to 100V and delivers up to 2.5W of isolated output
power. Two external resistors and the transformer turns ratio easily set the output voltage. Off-the-shelf
transformers are available for several applications. The high level of integration and the use of boundary
mode operation results in a simple, clean, tightly regulated application solution to the traditionally tough
problem of isolated power delivery.

The Micrel MIC26950 is a constant-frequency, synchronous buck regulator featuring
a unique digitally modified adaptive ON-time control architecture. The MIC26950
operates over an input supply range of 4.5V to 26V and provides a regulated output
at up to 12A of output current. The output voltage is adjustable down to 0.8V with
a typical accuracy of ±1%, and the device operates at a switching frequency of
300kHz.

Micrel’s Hyper Speed Control™ architecture allows for ultra-fast transient response
while reducing the output capacitance and also makes (High VIN)/(Low VOUT) operation
possible. This digitally modified adaptive tON ripple control architecture combines
the advantages of fixed-frequency operation and fast transient response in a single
device.

The MIC26950 offers a full suite of protection features to ensure protection of the IC
during fault conditions. These include undervoltage lockout to ensure proper operation
under power-sag conditions, internal soft-start to reduce inrush current, fold-back Key Features:
