General Steps To conduct Economic Survey Examination

1. Login with you Digital Seva portal credential in Economics Survey Application available at
https://services.csccloud.in/Survey/Default.aspx
2. View “List of registration” and ensure that mobile number status should be verified and
profile photo should be uploaded. If these two things are not there, please verify mobile
number using OTP and uploaded photo.
3. Visit “Training and Exam” section and Click on “Study” button to login into Learning
Management system.
4. Study the material and complete all assessments. Obtain mark should be greater than 5
out of 10 in each assessment.
5. “Take exam” button would be visible on successful completion of the assessment.
6. If you have your photo, name, father name and DoB correct then you may proceed with
the Take exam button.
7. Click on take exam button will lead you on the CSC Safe Exam Browser (CSCEB).
8. Please download and install it into your system. Ensure it is visible in control panel’s
programs. No remote desktop application should work during the exam. Preferable un
install any remote desktop application. Disable antivirus, if any running.
9. Once CSCEB installed, you may proceed for the exam.
10. Show you clear photo and ID card with the details like Name, Father name, DoB etc.
11. Continue with these details and wait for approval of the details.
12. Any mismatch in the information and clarity of the photo may lead to rejection of your
candidature. Only three chances may be given to prove your photo and ID card before the
approver.
13. Once your details are approved, your question paper will be uploaded now you are under
proctoring.
14. If you tilt /move from the camera then system will automatically pause your exam
window.
15. Proctor may pause your exam window in case of any doubt during the examination
16. Exam will contain 25 questions. Total time will be 60 minute.
17. Passing mark would be 60%. Only three chance may be given to pass examination
18. Exam agency has the right to cancel your exam any time and withdraw your candidature
in case of any malpractice found during the exam or after completion of examination.
 Some Dos and Don’ts

1. Read and watch carefully the content given in LMS.

2. Complete your all learning modules.
3. Complete your all assessments and then proceed on take exam
4. Only after completing all assessments, click on take exam button.
5. Uninstall or disable antivirus from your Laptop/Desktop before installing CSCSEB.
6. Web Cam quality must be fine to capture clear image and ID card scanning should be clear.
7. There must be proper light intensity in where you are appearing for exam.
8. Install CSCSEB (CSC Secure Exam Browser) in your Laptop/Desktop.
9. Capture clear and visible image of candidate and his Identity card (Voter id, Driving License,
Pan, Aadhaar).
10. There must not be any remote application (AnyDesk, Team Viewer, Ammy Admin) in your
Laptop/Desktop.
11. Antivirus and window security must not be enabled.
12. Do not move away from your desktop during exam.
13. Don’t talk and look anywhere during exam.
14. You need not carry your mobile phone during exam.
15. There must not be any movement on back side of candidate during exam.
16. Connectivity and power back up should be smooth during the exam to avoid any interruptions.
