In connection with the above, it is to submit that we have submitted our lowest rate as offer against
the above mentioned tender. As you are aware, the natural cost and labour cost of all works has
drastically increased during the last 6 to 8 months for which we have marginally increased our rates. It
may also be noted that the rate quoted by us are lower than your tendered estimated cost of work.
A rate analysis prepared for individual items of work are enclosed herewith which will help you to
finalize the contract.
It is to once again state that the offer submitted by us are lowest possible rate and we are not in a
position to deviate from the offered rate.
