DESCRIPTION
TIS is a CAN-bus based instrumentation for
longhole drilling. It is used for accurate position-
ing of the drilling feed to the correct angle (Tilt
and Rotation). Optional features include also the
hole depth, penetration speed, drilling pressure
and data collection.
TIS instrument is equipped with side lasers
mounted to the carrier. These lasers are used
for positioning the carrier to correct drill fan loca-
tion. This is done by lining the side lasers along
the wall marks painted to the drift wall.
Big easy-to-use illuminated display shows the
information clearly to the operator. Automatic
system check upon every start ensures reliable
operation. Clear and comprehensive diagnostic
help in fault finding situations.
