1. Vision and Opportunity

Career Goals

After I leave the university my basic career goal will be the development of my

personal attributes in such a way that I get to join the DEWA as the Junior Mechanical

Engineer. In other words, I would like to develop my personal values, skills and etiquettes in

such a way that aid me in the seeking of the desired job role in the company. These include

the personal learning and cultural diversity.

Purpose, Value and Mission

I would aspire to get paid for a job that suits my intellect, my passion and my hobby

as well. This would allow me to gain formidable knowledge and encourage me to learn newer

skills and implement innovation.

The major values of my career would be dedication, commitment and innovation.

My mission will be the development of the values that would help me seek a job in

the global company of DEWA.

Questions

 Will I be able to provide my technical and expertise services on time?

 On what grounds will I implement my knowledge about Mechanical Engineering?

 How will I moderate my Mechanical Engineering knowledge with the objectives and

purposes of the company?

Market Opportunity aligning with Goals

Due to the advent of the different levels of competition, the current Society of the

UAE deals with the excessive use of services from the different electricity boards. Very few

of the employees within the companies ate time-efficient. They complete the jobs with

efficiency, however, at the expense of a significant amount of time and without the need for

innovation. Therefore, timely delivery of the services and their implementation with

dedication, innovation and creativity may provide the purpose and attract a high market

value.

2. Marketing and Implementation strategy

Marketing positioning statement for my application would be “Innovation, Creativity

and Time-bound with the taste of innovation and creativity”.

I would establish a strong band of delivery services that would supply the services to

the customers in the different areas at all times of the day and night.

Most of the UAE students are concerned about having an entrepreneurship and having

their own bank balance. On the other hand, I have been aimed at the development of a

significant personality and skill that has been very rare among the UAE students.

3. Risks and Mitigation

My major a milestone has been the completion of the current course that I have been

doing for the last 2 years from the university. This will be followed by the development of

suitable language learning course. This would enable to improve my levels of conversation

with the linguistically diverse group of customers.

If I find that the number of satisfied customers in the first month has been about a

hundred, I would ensure that I have been successful in the first phase of this experiment. This

will be followed by about 10,000 customers after 1 year from my appointment within DEWA

in the UAE.

Success is defined as the number of good wishes by society and the help done to the

poor of the country.

A number of external factors might negatively affect my milestones. These may be

the high levels of competition in the current market. A number of previous pass outs have

already been engaged in their personal development activities. This may outcast me from my

ambition.

The risk management strategies would be the development of a strong vocabulary

sense. Additional strengths may be developed by undertaking small projects and get

associated by the smaller companies. This may allow me to approach DEWA with a higher

skill set and experience, as compared to the others.

The ethical principles may be significantly established on account of the development

of the efficient pricing of services with equal time consumption for these services. No delay

in the service will be entertained. In crisis times, I may be personally engaged in the

fieldwork, if the employee strength is low within the company.

I would assemble my father, my mother and my high school teacher who helped me

throughout my educational and spiritual career.
