    Please be reminded to follow the Standard Format for Agenda of Meetings of the
    Governing Boards of State Colleges and Universities, and submit the Agenda Folder to
    the Members of the Board at least five (5) working days before the scheduled board
    meeting, as stipulated in CHED Admin Order No. 06, s. 2014.

    For those SUCs which are using electronic devices and implementing the paperless
    policy, please send to this office a hard copy of the Agenda Folder.

    Also, for the Regular BOT/R Meetings, send in advance electronic file of the Order of
    Business and Minutes of the previous meeting to the following email addresses:
    radamat@ched.gov.ph cc to aanosa@ched.gov.ph.
