- Inform to receiving Hospital COVID 19 OPD/IPD -Environmental

after shifting the patient -Follow TNSOP 5.1
In ambulance
-Hand washing with soap
- Wear new gloves
- Use single use consumables for medical
equipment
On arrival at the COVID 19 – OPD/IPD
-Ensure proper receipt of patient
-Hand wash with soap
-- Ambulance to be cleaned & disinfected
with 5% Lysol
-Linen should be disinfected
-After shifting the Patient PPE to be
removed and discarded as per IPEC
guidelines
