The main objective of the satisfaction survey is to build the profile of the tourist
who visits an area and its surroundings and to assess the degree of satisfaction
of their visit in relation to the product received, so that the results allow
diagnosing strengths and weaknesses of the general tourist offer.
This would be a model with 25 questions to know the satisfaction generated in
a restaurant customer.
