Seven Mile Market’s main attraction, according to customers, is the

broad selection of products and the potential to buy all one’s grocery
needs under one roof. Even so, many customers mentioned that
they still needed to go shopping at other places to complete their
shopping. Some patrons noted improvements in customer service
this year, but still qualified their comments with an indication that
further measures were needed. Major areas in need of improvement
are: (1) cleanliness, (2) eliminating spoiled foods (across a range of
departments), and (3) barring employees’ use of inappropriate
language toward customers.
