1. INTRODUCTION

The system of Central Depository And Clearing Company Inc. (hereinafter: CDCC) enables
the use of SWIFT infrastructure and the processing of SWIFT messages type 53x (for
clearing and settlement) according to ISO 15022 standard.

Automatic sending of SWIFT messages by CDCC system has been enabled for that
purpose, as follows:

 MT535 – Statement of Holdings

 MT536 – Statement of Transactions
 MT537 – Statement of Pending Transactions

The complete exchange of messages is conducted by using CDCC’s SWIFT address

SDAHHR22.

2. SERVICE ACTIVATION

The service is activated by using the order for member data entry (SPN-CLN) on which the
following data are filled out:

 Account ID – account ID in CDCC for which SWIFT message reporting will be

included/excluded
 Message type and frequency – choose included or not included and sending
frequency daily or monthly of the message type. MT 535 and MT 537 when checked
“Daily” will incorporate the state on the end of the day. MT 535 and MT 537 when
checked “Monthly” will incorporate the state on the last working day of the month,
while MT 536 will incorporate all transactions executed during the month. CDCC will
send messages after closing of the system.
 SWIFT BIC address – CDCC will send SWIFT messages on this member’s SWIFT
address (BIC).

When CDCC sends the SWIFT statement, it will be checked whether member has valid
SWIFT BIC and transfer allowed status.

For CDCC Inc. Statement of Holdings can be provided daily or monthly. CDCC will provide
one or more MT535 for participant for all his accounts which were marked by participant for
reporting via SWIFT.
