Cleaning SOP during lock down for Covid-19

This is a FAQ page regarding 401 park and the disinfectant/cleaning standard operating
procedures during the Covid-19. For more School related information regarding the virus
and up to date information please head to the schools dedicated webpage, here.

This list is an outline of what was being done throughout the building while still  being
occupied. During the lock down there has been a revamped protocol that is being executed
following below.
Initial deep cleaning of building and spaces:

• Elevator (Walls, Elevator push bottoms, oor, racks)


• Trash/recycle cans
• Doors (handles and knobs, push bars, glass)
• Water fountains
• light switches
• Pantries (surfaces, microwaves, refrigerators, tables)
• Restrooms (door handles, doors, ceiling vents, mirrors, sinks, under the sink, under
toilet, partitions, soap dispensers, tissue holders, paper towel dispensers, hand dryers,
faucets)
• O ces, Conferences (All working surfaces, Desk, Chair arm rest, Chair legs, Under desk
legs, exterior credenzas, exterior cabinets, cabinet handles, doors, pictures)
• Gym (equipment, showers, lockers)
• Interior staircase handrails
• Lobby door handles
• Conference room door handles
• Refrigerator/Freezer handles
• Microwave doors and button panels
• Break room cabinet handles
• Co ee Bar/ Café sink handles

• Edge vacuuming
• Disinfect kitchenettes tables in all oor
• Security desk areas
• Clean Walls (within 72″)
• Area around Card readers

Beginning of April, newly modi ed procedures are:

• Policing and Restock Restrooms


• Sanitize commodes and sinks
• Clean and disinfect food services Areas
• Police and sanitize break and lounge areas
• Empty and remove food waste and over lled trash containers
• Empty tenant waste receptacles
• Spot mop / clean spillage
• Empty common area and common use waste containers
• Sweep, vacuum lobby and common corridors
• Clean main lobby and entrances
• Police common areas and elevator lobbies
• Clean elevators
• Police exterior areas and entrances
• Spot vacuum litter / debris tenant areas
• Spot clean common use glass
• Spot clean hard and carpeted areas
• Ceiling vents
• Vending machines
• Disinfect all stairwells onsite
• Carpet cleaning
• ATM Machines
• Dusting
• Complete vacuum
• Bu ng and polishing
• Glass and metal polishing
• Elevator (Walls, Elevator push bottoms, oor, racks)
• Light switches
• Door handles
• Lobby door handles
• Disinfect all o ce/cubicles in use on a daily basis

• Refrigerators/Microwaves
• Security/Parking o ces daily disinfecting
• Disinfect all kitchenettes/ table tops in use daily
