Bharti Airtel Limited to announce results for the third quarter ended December 31, 2010, on Feb 2,
2011 (Wednesday)

New Delhi, January 17, 2011: Bharti Airtel Limited, India’s leading private sector provider of
telecommunications services, will announce results for its third quarter ended December 31, 2010 on
Wednesday, Feb 2, 2011. Post intimation of results to the Stock Exchanges, the same will be available on
the company's website and to mobile phone users.

I. Company’s website – detailed results pack will be available on www.bhartiairtel.in. Contents of detailed
results pack will be:
a. Quarterly report
b. Media release
c. Published results (stock exchange filing & newspaper publication)
d. Key performance indicators
e. Transcript of earnings call
f. Audio web cast of earnings call

II. Highlights of the results will be made available to mobile phone users through SMS and WAP. To
access highlights using SMS, kindly type ‘Bharti’ and send it to 54321. To access results using WAP in
English, log on to Airtel Live portal (http://live.airtelworld.com) from a WAP enabled phone.

III. Airtel subscribers can hear the results in English by dialing 2255 from their mobile phones.

Earnings Call (02.30 p.m. – 03.30 p.m. IST)

Bharti airtel Limited will conduct an earnings call for interested parties. Members of the senior management
will present an overview on the performance of the company and shall respond to queries of the participants.
The call will take place at 2:30 pm IST (5:00 pm in Singapore and Hong Kong, 9:00 am in UK and 5:00 am in
USA {Eastern Zone}) on Friday, Feb 4, 2011.

To participate in the conference call, please dial the numbers, five to ten minutes ahead of schedule. The
call will be attended by a conference coordinator, who will provide necessary instructions during the call. For
further assistance, if any, participants may press *0 on their telephone instrument.

A live audio web cast of the event will be available on our websites www.bhartiairtel.in and www.airtel.in. We
request you to visit the site(s) at least fifteen minutes ahead of schedule to register yourself and to download
and install any necessary audio software.

A replay of the conference call will also be available one-hour post the conference call, until Feb 10, 2011,
6:00 p.m (IST). The recorded webcast would also be available 2 hours after the completion of call till the
next quarterly release. The transcript would be available on Feburary 15, 2010, 6.30 pm (IST) at
www.bhartiairtel.in.
